• To manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency & compliance with operational & security policies.

• Ensure fast, courteous and efficient customer service by all Team members of the branch.

• Responsible for making sound & timely decisions relative to accepted standards of customer service, workflows & implementation of new procedures as & when necessary.

• To drive business through regular business plans meetings and initiatives at the branch level

• Maintain personal rapport with customers as well as employees to ensure highest customer satisfaction to retain & increase business.

• Perform product & services promotional & sales activities in the branch. Visit nearby customers & sale them our product & services and contribute in achieving quarterly & annual branch target set by Management.  

• Responsible for developing new business by visiting clients – Explore new corridor remittance business.
