How do I become an member?

Becoming a member is quick and easy through any of the Al Fardan Exchange branches in the UAE. Upon enrolment, you will receive a personalized membership card. To access benefits just scan the QR code on the card to download the mobile App available for Android as well as iOS devices and login using your mobile number provided at the time of enrolment.

Do I have to pay a membership fee?

Access to the is available to every member upon payment of a very nominal fee of AED 10 + VAT per year! For membership renewal after one year the fee is AED 5 + VAT per year!

What are the benefits of membership?

Different partners will offer different levels of discounts, and benefits, from seasonal discounts, to special rates and prices, to % discount or Buy One Get One free offer, and more. Please download the app and explore all offers available.

There are multiple offers available in the App: "Discount" Offers /Buy One get One Free Offers, and "Spend and Save" offers.

  • The "Discount" can be used only for the service/item mentioned on the voucher. The discount will apply only on normal rates/prices and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, special offer or voucher. Any request to use the “Discount Offers”, would need to be presented before the service/item is purchased.
  • When redeeming any of the “Spend and Save” Offers, you will be required to spend the minimum amount mentioned on the voucher, to receive the mentioned discount on your bill.

Will I receive a membership card?

Yes. A personalized membership card will be issued to you upon enrolment.

How long are the offers valid for?

Each offer is unique and comes with a different expiry date from 3 months to 12 months. The validity period is clearly mentioned on each offer page in the App.

Who can enrol into the programme?

Any resident of the UAE holding a valid Emirates ID will be able to enrol into the programme.

How do I redeem my offer?

Redeeming an offer is simple. For example, to redeem at a restaurant, simply let the waiter know that you have an Offer prior to requesting your final bill. Open the Offers section in the App and present the device to your waiter, who will then enter their pin along with the amount of the bill. You will be given the discount on the bill for the offer that you have redeemed. You can follow the same process for redeeming any of the offer which requires you to visit the partner location.

For online offers, select the offer which you wish to redeem and click on the offer card, the offer code will be copied, and you will be taken to the partner website, once you complete your purchase just paste the offer code which has been copied to your clipboard prior to payment to avail the offer.

Is it possible to redeem my reward in cash?

No, rewards cannot be redeemed in cash

Can I see my immediate savings on the App?

Indeed! Saving is the best part about . When you redeem an offer using your App, you will see a screen detailing the estimated saving made in that one transaction.

Can I see my total savings for the year?

Yes, you can for the current year. The home screen on the app will display an overview of total savings. The “My Savings” section on the app will provide you details of the savings.

Which languages can I use the app in?

Currently, App is available only in English.

How can I login to app?

First time login requires you to use the registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to your number which, once validated, enables the login.

Do I need an internet connection in order to use the app and offers?

Yes! An active internet connection is required to use the app.
