Important Update
The Travelez Classic Card Program will officially end on 30th September 2025.

As part of this transition, here’s what you need to know:
From 1st August 2025, you will no longer be able to reload your Travelez Classic Card.
From 30th September 2025, all card services including ATM withdrawals, POS transactions, and online purchases will be permanently disabled.

For New Customers:
We’ve discontinued the Travelez Classic Card and are no longer accepting new applications.
Looking for a prepaid card? Explore our Travelez Platinum Card, a modern prepaid solution packed with enhanced features and benefits.

For Existing Cardholders:
Please take action before 30th September 2025:
Spend the remaining balance on your card
or
Visit your nearest Al Fardan Exchange branch to withdraw the remaining balance in cash
or
Upgrade to the Travelez Platinum Card and enjoy continued convenience with added perks
