Process to Avail your Insurance Policy

Al Fardan Exchange is regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE

  1. Cardholder books a flight ticket(s) and/or a hotel booking or Tour using Travelez Plus Platinum PrepaidCard for more than AED 500 or equivalent Foreign Currency atleast 48 hours before the travel date and up to 360 days in advance.
  2. Cardholder calls AFEX Call Centre (“Call Center”) at 600547774for availing the Complimentary Travel Insurance.

  1. يحجز حامل البطاقة تذكرة (تذاكر) رحلة و/أو حجز فندق أو جولة باستخدام Travez Plus Platinum PrepaidCard بأكثر من 500 درهم أو ما يعادلها من العملة الأجنبية قبل 48 ساعة من تاريخ السفر وحتى 360 يومًا مقدمًا.
  2. يتصل حامل البطاقة بمركزالاتصالالخاص ب AFEX على 600547774 للاستفادة من تأمين السفر المجاني.
