1. Offer Eligilbility
  • Offer is valid only for customers making their first-ever remittance transaction on the AlfaPay App.
  • Only one transaction at rates as good as Google rates or even better as prevelant is offered per eligible customer.
  • Customers can transfer up to AED 3,500 under this offer. Any amount above that will be processed at the regular exchange rate.
  • Offer is available exclusively through the AlfaPay Mobile App and not via branches or other channels.
  • Eligible customers will automatically see the Special Exchange Rate popup during their first transaction.
  • Offer applies only to payments made via debit card or net banking.
  • Transfers made via credit card, Payez card, or Pay at Branch options are not eligible.
  • Only valid for transfers made to: India, Egypt, Philippines, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
2. Transaction Conditions
  • Cancelled, returned, or void transactions will not be eligible for the offer.
  • Incomplete or blocked transactions (due to compliance or correspondent bank issues) are not eligible.
  • AlfaPay is not responsible for incomplete transactions; only successfully processed transfers will be valid.
3. General Terms
  • Promotion is valid until 31st July 2025.
  • Al Fardan Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • By participating, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions as well as AlfaPay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • The decision of AlfaPay in relation to all aspects of the offer is final and binding.
4. Restrictions
  • This promotion is not valid to employees of Al Fardan Exchange.
  • This promotion is not applicable to the customer making transaction via branches or other channels.
  • Offered rates for the purpose of this promotion will not be applicable, if the payments are made via credit card, Payez card, or Pay at Branch options for the remittance transaction.
4.Warnings & Disclaimers

  1. Additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
  2. Penalties and Fees may be applied if there is a customer error or omission in providing correct or incomplete information for remittances.
  3. This product/service may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates.
  4. The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to beneficiary of remittances.
  5. Refunds against cancellation or rejection of drafts, transfers, or any other remittance transactions returned unpaid for whatever reason will be made only at our prevailing buying rate or at the rate at which we issued the transaction, whichever is lower.
  6. Re-issuance or replacement of remittance transactions for any reason are subject to our charges and rate differences, as applicable.
