Associate Director – EPMO

Job Purpose

Lead enterprise project management initiatives and drive strategic transformation programs across the organization while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide project governance and PMO activities.

• Lead strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

• Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and risks.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Establish project management standards and frameworks.

• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.

• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.

• Ensure successful delivery of key organizational projects.

Essential Qualifications, Capabilities and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

• 8–12 years of experience in PMO, project management, or transformation roles.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
