How the Offer Works

Step 1: Make a Transfer
Visit a participating Al Fardan Exchange Metro Branch and complete a qualifying local or international money transfer.

Step 2: Receive Your Coupon
Receive a stamped Baskin-Robbins® coupon when you complete an eligible transaction milestone.

Step 3: Enjoy a Free Scoop
Redeem your coupon at any Baskin-Robbins® outlet and enjoy one complimentary scoop of ice cream.

Participating Al Fardan Exchange Metro Branches

The promotion is available exclusively at Al Fardan Exchange branches located in Dubai Metro stations.

Reward Eligibility

Receive one complimentary Baskin-Robbins® ice cream coupon on your 1st qualifying transaction and every alternate qualifying transaction, thereafter, including your 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, and all subsequent odd-numbered qualifying transactions completed during the promotion period, subject to the coupon availability.

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from 25 September to 31 December 2026.

All qualifying transactions must be successfully completed within the promotion period.

Coupon Redemption Period

Coupons must be redeemed at any Baskin-Robbins® outlets in UAE on or before 31 March 2027. Expired coupons will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

• The promotion is open to customers who complete qualifying local or international money transfers at participating Al Fardan Exchange Metro Branches.
• Customers will receive one coupon on their 1st qualifying transaction and every second qualifying transaction, thereafter, including their 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th transactions. Including your 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, and all subsequent odd-numbered qualifying transactions.
• Only transactions successfully completed during the promotion period will qualify for the coupon.
• Cancelled, returned, unsuccessful or void transactions will not be counted.
• Coupons are available while stocks last.

Terms and Conditions

• The promotion is valid only for qualifying money transfers completed at participating Al Fardan Exchange Metro Branches.
• Transactions completed through the AlfaPay App, any digital channel of Al Fardan Exchange or at other Al Fardan Exchange branches are not eligible.
• Coupons will be issued only after the relevant transaction milestone has been successfully completed and verified.
• Customers may be required to present a valid Emirates ID and transaction receipt to receive a coupon.
• Each coupon is valid for one complimentary scoop of ice cream at participating Baskin-Robbins® outlets.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, resold, or transferred.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired coupons will not be replaced or extended.
• Coupon redemption is subject to Baskin-Robbins® terms and conditions and product availability at participating outlets.

• Fraudulent Activity: If a transaction is found suspicious or fraudulent, Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C reserves the right to withdraw the prize and disqualify the participant.
• Marketing Consent: Consent of the winners will be taken for the publication of their photos, videos, and names for marketing purposes and waive any claims against Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C regarding this use. Winners may withdraw consent and opt out at any time.
• Terms Amendments: Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as directed by government regulators and inform customers via our official website, official social media platforms, and other official channels.
• Promotion Status: Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or suspend the promotion for any reason and shall inform customers via our official website, official social media platforms, and other official channels.
• Promotion Date Changes: Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C may change the promotion date at its discretion. Any new dates will be communicated through our official website, official social media platforms, and other official channels.
• Compliance: Customers’ failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.
• Final Decision: The decision of Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C regarding any promotion-related issues is final and binding.
• Prize Conditions: The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
• Transaction Responsibility: Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C is not responsible for incomplete transactions; such transactions will not be valid for free Baskin-Robbins® coupons.
