By participating in this exciting promotion, customers can enter the draw to be one among 241 lucky winners.

Promotion Period: 10th October to 23rd October 2024.

Eligibility:Customers who complete one remittance transaction to Egypt between 10th to 23rd October 2024, from any Al Fardan Exchange branch or via the AlfaPay mobile app, will automatically enter the e-raffle draw to win a final ticket

Each Winner:Up to 20 winners will be selected each day during the promotion period, with a total of 241 lucky winners by the end of the campaign
Top Prize Eligibility: One customer with the highest volume of remittance transactions to Egypt during the promotion will win a Premium Ticket to the Egyptian Super Cup final in Abu Dhabi
Premium Ticket Eligibility :All customers who transfer AED 1500 or more in a single transaction only through the AlfaPay app will be eligible to enter a Special e-raffle draw. Two (2) winners will be picked from this draw who will get Two (2) Premium Tickets for the Final.

Campaign Mechanics:

How to Enter:
- Make one remittance transaction from any Al Fardan Exchange branch or through the AlfaPay app to Egypt between 10th to 23rd October 2024
- Customers who meet this criterion will automatically be entered into the daily e-raffle draw.
Draw Process:
- Up to 20 daily winners will be randomly selected via an electronic raffle.
- Daily draw results will be announced on Al Fardan Exchange's social media platforms and website.
- The one customer with the highest volume of transactions to Egypt will be announced on 24th October and awarded the Premium Ticket.
- Two customers from the Special Draw will be announced on 24th October and awarded two (2) tickets each.

Terms & Conditions

Only remittance transactions to Egypt completed within the campaign period are eligible for the draw.
Canceled, returned, or voided transactions are not eligible.
All electronic draws will be conducted by officials from the Economic Department of the UAE government.
One ticket for one winning prize: Each winner can only claim one ticket for the Egyptian Super Cup final in Abu Dhabi.Except for Special Draw, where there will be 2 tickets per winner.
The prize is non-transferable*(exceptions for multiple ticket winners), and no cash alternative is offered.
Prizes must be claimed by October 23, 2024, for winners announced by October 22, 2024. Winners announced on October 23, 2024, can collect their tickets directly from an Al Fardan Exchange representative at the venue on October 24, 2024.
Al Fardan Exchange reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions, subject to regulatory requirements.

Winner Notification & Prize Collection

Notification: Winners will be notified through Al Fardan Exchange’s official communication channels (e.g., email, SMS, or phone).
Prize Claim: Winners must provide proof of their remittance transaction and valid identification to claim their ticket.

Al Fardan Exchange reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent or unethical transactions from the draw.
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
Al Fardan Exchange will not be liable for any failure to comply with the promotion due to circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).
By entering this promotion, customers acknowledge and agree that Al Fardan Exchange may use their names, photos, or videos for promotional purposes if they win, without any additional compensation. Customers may express otherwise in writing, and such requests will only be considered if agreed upon by Al Fardan Exchange.
