• Prize Collection: Winners must submit the original transaction receipt made at an Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C. branch, or an electronic copy of the transaction made through the AlfaPay app, along with a valid Emirates ID and/or passport, to claim their prize.
• Criteria: Promotion eligibility is based on successful international or domestic money transfers made through any Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C. branch or the AlfaPay app, where the funds have been credited to the beneficiary’s account or successfully paid out. Transfers that are blocked, rejected, or returned due to compliance checks, banks, agents, or beneficiary will not qualify.
• Entry Denial: Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C reserves the right to deny entry for any remittance transaction deemed unethical, false, or unauthentic.
• Fraudulent Activity: If a transaction is found to be suspicious or fraudulent, Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C. reserves the right to withdraw the prize and disqualify the participant. For guidance on reporting fraud or an unauthorised transaction, please click here.
• Marketing Consent: Winners’ consent will be obtained before using their names, photos, or videos for marketing purposes. By providing consent, winners agree to such use and waive any related claims against Al Fardan Exchange SP L.L.C.
