  • Eligibility : All Individual customers who sends money to Lebanon to Purpl wallet using Purpl BLF services will get zero services fees as well as zero backend charges for cash payouts in any BLF (Banque Libano-Française) ATM's, or any cash payout agent in Lebanon.

Terms and Conditions

  • Campaign: This campaign is brought to you by Al Fardan Exchange - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C (hereafter referred to as Al Fardan Exchange), licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE.
  • Promotion Period: 32 days; Starting from December 05th, 2024, to January 05th, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
  • Campaign Offer: Zero service fees & Zero backend fees.
  • Remittance Partner: Purpl BLF.
  • Eligibility Products: Any remittance to Lebanon to Purpl wallet via Purpl BLF service as well as cash payouts in Lebanon via Purpl BLF services.
  • Eligibility Conditions: This offer is limited to customers who choose to send money to Lebanon via Purpl BLF services only.

Fees charges of AlfaPay app

  • ZERO fees NetBanking Transfers
  • Visa Debit Card: ZERO Transfer fee + Debit Card fee as per current structure
  • Mastercard Debit Card: ZERO Transfer fee + Debit Card fee as per current structure
  • Credit Card: AED 1.25 + 2.75% (of sending amount)
  • Pay@Branch: ZERO fees (as branches are offering 0 fee)

Other terms & conditions

Any customer who wishes to send money to Lebanon without using Purpl BLF services may be levied transfer fees as well as backend charges depending on the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity.

Inquiries and Complaints (24*7 Communication Channel)

For clarifications or complaints, call 600522265 or email customercare@alfardanexchange.com with “Promotion” in the subject line. We will aim to resolve a complaint within 10 working days, or a final response will be given in 30 working days in accordance with the resolution procedures

Fraud Reporting

Report any unauthorized transactions immediately to Al Fardan Exchange Customer Service at 600522265 (24*7) or email fraud.reporting@alfardanexchange.com. (Available from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm)

Warnings
Additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
Penalties and fees may be applied if there is a customer error or omission in providing correct or incomplete information for remittances.
This product/service may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates.
The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
Refunds against cancellation or rejection of drafts, transfers, or any other remittance transactions returned unpaid for whatever reason will be made only at our prevailing buying rate or at the rate at which we issued the transaction, whichever is lower.
Re-issuance or replacement of remittance transactions for any reason are subject to our charges and rate differences, as applicable.
